I have been in the
Promotional Products business for
almost 35 years. During that time the business has changed a great deal, just as
the world has changed. I think most of you would agree that keeping up with
those changes is a big challenge for any business.
For as long as I have been in
this business, my philosophy has been, it is most important to
create positive long term working relationships,
to provide the highest quality of customer service, to work with clients as part
of a team whose goal is to create and implement a successful marketing strategy
or promotion. To this end I have always said
“I am not interested in orders, or volume but in
my client success”.
Over the years I have learned
that bigger is not always better. I believe that there are many sales,
marketing, human resources, and meeting planning professionals out there who are
tired of being a number, who are tired of not getting the personal attention to
detail that they feel they need and deserve. That is why I have decided to

Many of you no longer want a
salesman stopping in uninvited to your office pitching you on things you do not
need, but you do want someone to be available when you need assistance with a

possible. That is why I began developing my on line business over 15 years
ago. Now with the ability to turn many products around in 3 days or less the
window of opportunity is extremely small, and I realize that you, my client
